Update for action RPG game Edens Zero leaked

According to a leak by Ryokutya2089 from Shonen Sundaythe new video game based on the popular manga and anime series Edens Zero is reportedly still in development. This upcoming title is rumored to be a 3D open-world action RPG where players can explore various planets in the game’s universe. (Thanks, Ryokutya2089!)

The leak suggested that the game will use a common control scheme with buttons such as X, Y and RT/RB, although this may change as development progresses. Hiro Mashima, the creator of Edens Zerohas previously shown interest in game development. His involvement in this project likely continues his exploration of the world of 3D gaming, using engines such as Unreal Engine 5 and tools such as Blender. Mashima worked on characters for the upcoming title Pharmacy. In addition, a new Fairy tale A game based on his series is on the way and will be released on Nintendo Direct in June 2024.

The Edens Zero The anime series was released worldwide on Netflix, with season 2 and the recap on Crunchyroll. Edens Zero follows Shiki Granbell, a boy who embarks on a quest to find the goddess of the cosmos on board the eponymous spaceship. He is joined by Rebecca Bluegarden and her cat Happy. Mashima is the author of famous manga series such as Fairy tale, Rave Master, Edens ZeroAnd Dead Stone. This new title is the second based on the series, Edens Zero: Pocket Galaxy The service ended in February 2024.
