Syracuse graduate Noah Eagle is the new voice of the “Dream Team” (Podcast)

Syracuse, NY – Noah Eagle may only be 26, but he already has a full career in broadcasting on his resume.

The recent Syracuse University graduate has already commentated on the Super Bowl, NFL playoff games, the French Open, Big Ten football and basketball games, and served as a live commentator for two NBA teams – the Los Angeles Clippers and the Brooklyn Nets.

Eagle, the son of successful live commentator Ian Eagle, won the Sports Emmy Award for emerging sports talent last month.

Eagle’s next big job could be his biggest. Next month, he will be the voice of the U.S. men’s and women’s basketball teams for NBC at the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris.

At the time of this writing, the NBA’s new media rights deal has not yet been made official, but it has been widely reported that NBC will be finalizing a package to rebroadcast the league’s games. Expect Eagle to be named as one of the NBA live commentators for NBC (along with SU sportscasting legend Mike Tirico) when they get all the details straight on that deal.

Eagle was a guest on the latest episode of Syracuse Sports with Brent Axe to talk about his Olympic stint and his journey as a journalist.
