Taylor Swift hits back when Dave Grohl suggests she not perform live

Taylor Swift

Bad Blood with Dave Grohl …

Insist that she do it live!!!

Taylor Swift does not take Dave Grohl‘s comment about her “Eras” tour was too kind – and she took the first opportunity to hit back by declaring that she and her band would actually perform live!

In case you missed it… the frontman of the Foo Fighters seemed to make a dig at Popstar on Saturday and joked that his band’s tour is called the “Errors Tour” because they “actually play live” … which seems to imply that Taylor doesn’t.

Well, less than a day after that supposed jibe, Taylor seemed to respond directly to Dave on the third night of her Wembley performance… by challenging her band in a certain way.

She told the sold-out crowd of cheering Swifties: “Every single one of my band members, every single one of our crew, my band that’s going to play live for you tonight for 3.5 hours, they more than deserve this. And that goes for every one of my fellow artists, too.”

For the record: The “Eras” tour also had a number of mishaps … Taylor interrupted the show several times during the concert to help sick fansshe also has inhaled a beetle during Sunday night’s show… proving that she really gets going on stage.

Taylor may have been offended by Dave’s comment, but the rocker was probably just poking fun at the fact that they were playing rival shows in the UK. The Foo Fighters took the stage at London Stadium on Saturday night… which is on the other side of town from Wembley, where Taylor and co. were performing.

It’s safe to say that most of the UK’s eyes were on Wembley Stadium this weekend… as a number of celebrity guests attended Taylor’s London shows – including Prince William, Tom Cruise, Ashton Kutcher And Mila Kunisamong others.

Thankfully, Travis did not sing during his performance – live or otherwise… as he wisely left that to his talented girlfriend.
