Shooting near a nightclub in Shreveport leaves two injured

At 1:30 a.m. on Monday (6/24/24), Shreveport police were called to reports of a shooting near a nightclub in Highland.

The shooting occurred in the 2000 block of Marshall Street in Shreveport near Ant’s Urban Lounge. According to police, two people were injured in the shooting. The injured man and woman were taken to a local hospital and treated for their gunshot wounds.

Shreveport Police are currently investigating. No suspect information, vehicle description, or motive has been released in this case. Additional details will be added to this story as information becomes available.
