Love Island USA fans “burst into loud laughter” when “frivolous” Rob Rausch jumped into the pool to hide his tears from the cameras.

On Tuesday’s episode, Rob sent viewers into hysterical laughter when he dramatically ripped off his shirt and underwear and jumped straight into the pool after brutally ending his romance with Leah. After the heated argument with Leah about his feelings for Andrea, instead of going to a room to collect himself, he decided to jump straight into the pool while the rest of the cast milled around the deck looking for him.

This over-the-top reaction came after he ended his relationship with Leah after revealing he kissed another girl in the villa. At first, Leah reacted very calmly to the news and acted like she was OK with the situation, but after a little pressure from her girls, she worked up the courage to tell him how she really felt.

First, Leah explained to him how “mean” and hurtful it was that they couldn’t finish talking before hanging out with Andrea for two hours. Rob apologized and tried to comfort Leah, telling her that he wasn’t ready to end their romance, but that he still saw potential in Andrea. Lea responded that she didn’t want her feelings to get hurt, and Rob admitted that someone would get hurt – which made Leah angry.

After a heated discussion about trust in their relationship, Rob became visibly frustrated and eventually burst into tears. He left the area and cried, but soon returned, explaining that he was hurt that Leah hadn’t asked him how he felt and that she had never listened to him. Their conversation soon took a turn for the worse when he admitted that while he finds her “gorgeous” and “sexy as f–k,” he is “not on the ball” sexually.
