Taylor Swift put out a small fire in her New York City home with the help of her friend and Eras tour opener Gracie Abrams, her cat Benjamin Button, and a fire extinguisher.

In a video Abrams, 24, shared on X (formerly Twitter) on Friday, June 21, Swift desperately tries to use her fire extinguisher to put out a burning object on her kitchen counter while Benjamin Button looks on in confusion.

“I think we’re going to die,” Swift can be heard joking in the video as she prepares the fire extinguisher.

“No, we’re not going to die,” Abrams laughs in response.
