The “Garfield” star and Arnold Schwarzenegger’s daughter married in June 2019 after a year of relationship

Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger celebrate a special milestone!

On Saturday, June 8, Pratt, 44, shared a post on Instagram reflecting on his relationship with Schwarzenegger on the occasion of their fifth wedding anniversary.

“Happy anniversary my love!” Pratt began the caption of his post, sharing a photo of himself and Schwarzenegger, 34, smiling together on their wedding day in June 2019.

“Five years have flown by. Thank you for the joy, stability and fun you have brought into my life,” he continued. “I thank God for you every day.”

Katherine, Arnold Schwarzenegger’s daughter, also commemorated the occasion with her own post, in which she shared a recent photo of her and the Garfield Actors smiled at each other while wearing smart suits.

“5 years of laughter and love. I love you!” she wrote in the caption. “Happy anniversary 🤍.”

The couple, who met in church and were introduced by Katherine’s mother Maria Shriver in 2018, tied the knot on June 8, 2019, during an intimate ceremony in Montecito, California.

“You could say today is Katherine’s happiest day. She hasn’t stopped smiling. And Chris seems to be beside himself with excitement,” a source told PEOPLE at the time of the wedding. “The venue is beautiful. Lots of flowers and greenery everywhere. It’s a very romantic setting for a wedding.”

Pratt and Katherine have now had two daughters, Lyla, 3, and Eloise, 2, and the Protector of the Galaxy The alum also has 11-year-old son Jack with ex-wife Anna Faris. Just a few weeks ago, Pratt posted on Instagram to honor his wife on Mother’s Day, calling her his “favorite bride.”

“Happy Mother’s Day to all the mommies out there! Love to my mommy Kathy who sets the bar very high with her love, patience, humor and joy in motherhood. And a special thank you to my dear Katherine for all you do,” Pratt wrote in the caption of the post on May 12.

“Watching you be Lyla and Eloise’s mom and Jack’s stepmom makes me fall in love with you more every day,” Pratt continued. “The 24/7 job of planning, transporting, loving, nurturing, managing calendars, scheduling activities, feeding, boundaries, rules, patience, gentleness, firmness, wisdom and grace. It’s truly a miracle.”

Earlier this month, the actor joked in an interview with Entertainment tonight. It seems Schwarzenegger can’t get enough of Usher.

“She knows every word,” Pratt said of his wife’s encyclopedic knowledge of the singer’s lyrics. “I didn’t even know that until we went on a little road trip and she started playing Usher.”

“And man, she knows every single word, so I guess Usher is her free pass. I can’t blame her,” he added.
