Love Island USA fans are angry because the sex bomb of season 6 is a victim of cyberbullying

After a key couple was torn apart in Season 6, this bombshell is being attacked on social media and her fans aren’t happy about it.

Sex bombs usually don’t make the best impression on the other islanders, to say the least.

Since they only enter the villa when the couples are already somewhat established, the only way for them to stay in the competition is to end these relationships.

That’s exactly what Andrea Carmona did when she entered the Season 6 villa. After successfully averting Rob Rausch’s gaze from Leah Kateb, she received mixed reactions from viewers.

Most did not harbor any resentment toward Andrea, as her goal was to find love and she was not the one who cheated on Leah. However, viewers who believe she acted maliciously have taken to their social media to leave derogatory comments on her recent Instagram messages.

Her post from June 17, for example, is peppered with comments like “marriage destroyer” and “scum.”

On June 22, fans quickly took to Reddit to support Andrea and express their dislike for those bullying the star online.

One fan wrote: “This is an entertainment show and most of it is produced in one way or another. Hate comments on social media are not necessary.”

Another fan chimed in, writing: “I think it’s getting worse. Hopefully Andrea’s family will take over the account and put an end to the madness.”

“The cast should disable/limit all comments at this point for purely mental health reasons,” suggested a third Reddit user.

This is not the first case of cyberbullying in the LI franchise. Recently, Georgia Steele took a break from social media after facing hate for her appearance in Season 1 of Love Island: All Stars.

As Andrea is still in the villa, we will not hear any public statement from her regarding the online investigation unless she appears on Aftersun.
