BTS singer Jin’s No. 1 hit records sales increases of over 17,000%

Jin recently became the first BTS member to finish his service in the South Korean military. The singer has finally completed his mandatory military service, which all men in the country must complete up to a certain age. To celebrate his discharge, fans of the musician and the band he is part of revived one of his solo songs and made it a hit in America once again.

“Super Tuna” by Jin is back on a Billboard Charts this week. The tune reappears at number 1 on the World Digital Song Sales list.

This week, “Super Tuna” returns to the top spot on the World Digital Song Sales chart with seemingly no effort. The song is soaring thanks to a healthy sales total, as the total number of purchases is up significantly compared to the period before his discharge from the military.

In the last period under review, “Super Tuna” sold just over 1,400 copies in America, according to Luminate. The week before, the same title achieved single-digit sales because it was not new and was not promoted for any reason.

The increase in sales of “Super Tuna” is astonishing. From one week to the next, the number of sales of the single increased by almost 17,500%. This shows that there is a renewed interest in the track and that his fans are happy to have him back and want to show him their love.

“Super Tuna” is one of Jin’s three No. 1 hits on the World Digital Song Sales chart. He has also charted with “Yours” and “The Astronaut,” with “Super Tuna” being released between those two titles. He has also achieved three other top 10 placements overall.

Jin is the only member of BTS who has not released a solo album. There is no information yet about a planned collection from the singer, but now that he has some time on his hands and is no longer busy serving his country, he may be working on new material.
