Erin Andrews and Charissa Thompson celebrate with Travis Kelce at the Taylor Swift show
Erin Andrews and Charissa Thompson had their best lives in London.
Fox Sports personalities and best friends enjoyed the VIP treatment at Taylor Swift’s “Eras Tour” concert at Wembley Stadium on Saturday.
Andrews and Thompson – who often joke that they set Swift and her boyfriend, Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, up after suggesting the two should date before they started dating last summer – watched the concert from the VIP tent, where they danced and celebrated with the Kelce family, as seen in photos the “Calm Down” podcast hosts shared on social media.
Andrews and Thompson attended the concert with their partners, former two-time Stanley Cup winner Jarret Stoll and entrepreneur Steven Cundari, respectively.
“London + Taylor = best times,” Thompson wrote on her Instagram story, adding a photo of the couple with Kelce and his sister-in-law Kylie Kelce, the wife of former Eagles center Jason Kelce.
Jason – who announced his retirement from the NFL in March and signed a broadcast deal with ESPN last month – was seen wearing many of the friendship bracelets that are a staple at Swift’s concerts.
Tom Cruise, Liam Hemsworth, Hugh Grant, Ashton Kutcher, Mila Kunis and Greta Gerwig attended Swift’s Saturday show at Wembley.
The group, including Kelce, were seen dancing and singing along to Swift’s megahit “Shake It Off” in the VIP tent.
“We. Did. It.,” Andrews wrote on her Instagram story, adding a video of her and Thompson bouncing up and down while dancing to Swift, who she called “queen.”
The two die-hard Swift fans had previously said in their podcast “Calm Down” that they were trying to find out when they could attend one of the stops on the singer’s “Eras Tour”.
Andrews and Thompson have talked about their trip to London in recent episodes, but have not revealed whether they have plans to meet with Kelce.
The two spoke openly about their friendship with Kelce.
Last August, Andrews and Thompson encouraged the “Down Bad” singer to give Kelce a chance in an episode of their “Calm Down” podcast.
“Hey Taylor, go on a date with Travis Kelce! He’s so fabulous! Do it for America!” Andrews said at the time.
This came shortly after Kelce explained on his podcast “New Heights” that he tried to meet Swift and give her a friendship bracelet when he attended her concert last July, but his plan didn’t work out.
Andrews and Thompson discussed their whirlwind romance during an appearance on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” last month, joking that they would take credit for playing matchmaker.
Thompson explained that she and Andrews “were very vocal about Swift and Kelce early on,” who “was very nice and commented (last summer) that he was like, ‘I owe you guys.’ And of course, everyone gives us credit.”
Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes also said in a separate appearance on “The Pat McAfee Show” while he was OTA that he wants to take “some of the credit” for Swift and Kelce coming together.
