Wish star Ariana DeBose has praised her co-star Chris Pine for his “incredible” vocals.

The actors from “West Side Story” and “Star Trek” voice the roles of Asha and King Magnifico in the new Disney animation.

The film follows Asha after her wishes are granted by a cosmic force called Star and she must face Pine’s villainous nature to save her kingdom.

“Oh, I’ve always loved Chris Pine,” she admitted.

“And I find that statement very funny because Chris Pine has sung with people like Barbra Streisand, and I thought to myself: Am I making you nervous? You sang with Barbra. Forgive me – Miss Streisand.

“Although we weren’t able to record together in the studio, we had the chance to get together to promote the film and spend time with him. He’s such a gentleman, a great guy. And I’m a fan.”
