The actor played the character in all eight films in the series based on the books by JK Rowling. Max is developing a television series that is set to premiere on the streamer in 2026. However, Lewis doesn’t seem particularly interested in returning to Hogwarts.

“It’s not something I want to watch or do, but I wouldn’t turn my nose up at it either,” Lewis said People“I would be very interested to see if Neville has a completely different aura as an adult. That could be interesting. I would definitely look into it and think about it.”

Lewis noted that he does not want to be part of the reboot because he enjoys doing other things.

“The reason I took this job in the first place was because I have a very short attention span,” he said. “I’m very, very bad at maintaining anything for long periods of time. I’ve had many, many hobbies and passions over the years. Not a single one of them I still do today. I fall madly in love with things and then forget them almost immediately.”

Lewis continued: “I’ve been a nurse, I’ve been a policeman, I’ve been a soldier, I’ve been a magician, I’ve been all these different things. I never know what’s coming next and I love that.”

Harry Potter Star Daniel Radcliffe recently said EHR! Message he is “very excited to watch (the series) as a viewer.”

The actor said he did not want to be part of the series, adding: “I think they very wisely want a clean break. And I don’t know if it would work if we did something in it.”
