Chris Kirkpatrick gives update on possible *NSYNC reunion

*NSYNC may not have toured together in over 20 years, but fans of the popular boy band have kept hopes of a reunion alive as the members have gone their separate ways and had their own successful careers. After the band reunited last year to release their first song in decades and once again performed on Justin TimberlakeWith the latest album, this hope grew even more. Chris Kirkpatrick gives an update on a possible reunion with his boy band colleagues.

Speak with Entertainment tonight at the New York premiere of Deadpool and Wolverine On Monday (July 22), Kirkpatrick shared his own hopes that the band will reunite for new music and possibly even a tour. The band reunited in 2023 for an original song for the Trolls join forces Soundtrack and earlier this year on the song “Paradise” for Timberlake’s album Everything I thought it was.

“Well, we’ve been talking about it for some time,” he said. “We’ll test the tires, see if the car still runs, and, you know, we’ll see where it goes.”

Kirkpatrick — who was one of the five *NSYNC members alongside Timberlake, Lance Bass, JC Chasez And Joey Fatone – did not reveal any concrete plans, but said he hoped the band would come up with something to satisfy fans who want a full reunion of the band.

“Hopefully we can all agree that our fans and many other people want this in the future,” he said. “So we can’t disappoint them. So it’s not a positive thing, but we’ll see.”

At the film premiere, the 52-year-old musician also expressed his thoughts on Deadpool and Wolverine He presents *NSYNC’s hit “Bye Bye Bye” in the film and reveals that he is excited to see the band’s cult song as part of the franchise.

“When we got the call, we had a lot of stuff approved for the songs and it was like, ‘Oh, that’s approved, that’s approved.’ I saw Deadpool and immediately thought, ‘I’m going to outvote everyone in this band! This song is going to be it,'” he said, adding jokingly, “It didn’t matter what they voted for! I outvoted them anyway, I can kick their asses.”
