NFL training camps are underway, meaning the preseason begins in less than three weeks, so now is the time for fantasy players to start preparing for their redraft leagues.

Many factors go into winning a redraft league each year, but the most important factor is drafting players with good value.

Let’s look at some of my favorite draft values based on Yahoo ADP.

Fantasy Football Draft Values: Yahoo Leagues

Malik Nabers (WR – NYG)

  • Yahoo ADP – 72.4 |

New York will have one of the worst passing offenses in the NFL this year. However, Nabers will be successful due to his expected high percentage of targets. The Giants lack proven pass catchers following Darren Waller’s retirement. Meanwhile, Nabers ranked first in the rookie draft class in yards per route run (3.64) among wide receivers with at least 20 targets last season (per PFF). The former LSU star made several spectacular receptions during mini-camp. Don’t be surprised if Nabers is a top-15 wide receiver as a rookie.

Chris Godwin (WR – TB)

  • Yahoo ADP – 96.9 |

Fantasy players struggled with having Godwin in the starting lineup, as he scored 9.6 or fewer half-PPR fantasy points in 64.7% of games last season. He also averaged fewer than 10 fantasy points per game for the first time since 2018. However, Godwin is primed for a comeback year as the Buccaneers have moved him back to the slot. The veteran averaged 0.41 fantasy points per route run in the slot, compared to 0.26 out of the slot last season (per Fantasy Points Data). There’s a chance Godwin scores more points than Mike Evans this year.

Pat Freiermuth (TE – PIT)

  • Yahoo ADP – 131.9 |

Although Freiermuth is coming off the worst season of his career, fantasy players should give him another chance in 2024. The Steelers’ offense should be significantly better after upgrading their quarterback room. Additionally, Arthur Smith taking over as the team’s offensive coordinator is excellent news for Freiermuth. Last year, the Atlanta Falcons’ tight ends averaged 31.7% target share and 29.3% target share in the red zone. With Diontae Johnson in Carolina, Freiermuth could get the volume needed for a breakout season in the final year of his rookie contract.
