The luxury residential tower Continuum Club & Residences in Miami will feature more than 50,000 square feet of amenities

Continuum Club & Residences, a new 32-story luxury residential tower in Miami’s coveted North Bay Village, will feature more than 50,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities. The program includes a waterfront restaurant, dining terraces with resident privileges and a private outdoor pavilion dining room.

A fitness center will include a designated lawn for sled pushing and a boxing room with bags and gloves, as well as a yoga room. A golf simulator will help users work on their swing. A colorful children’s room will include easels, art materials, toys and more. An exclusive social room for residents will resemble an upscale lounge and include a cozy bar and ample seating. A 24-hour market will be available to residents and offer beverages and snacks.

The dining pavilion at Continuum Club & Residences offers panoramic views under a vine-covered trellis. Other amenities include a fitness lawn, various pool options and ample shaded areas.

Black and white stripes reminiscent of Miami’s rich history are a nod to the Art Deco aesthetic. The project will feature 198 meticulously designed residences, with prices starting at under $1,000,000. Each home will guarantee panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, Biscayne Bay, Indian Creek and the dynamic skyline of Downtown Miami.

The project is a testament to the legacy of visionary developer Ian Bruce Eichner and represents the evolution of the Continuum brand, offering a blend of sophistication and innovation. The design is a collaboration between three firms, Arquitectonica, Durukan Design and Martha Schwartz Partners. Groundbreaking is planned for next winter.
