Taylor Swift recreates her boyfriend Travis Kelce’s bow and arrow move when he attends her concert in London

Taylor Swift recreated NFL star Travis Kelce’s game day move when he attended her Eras Tour concert in London.

On Friday, June 21, the 34-year-old singer took to the stage for her first of six shows at Wembley Stadium this summer. Unsurprisingly, her boyfriend Travis Kelce was spotted entering the VIP area of the event along with a handful of other stars, including his older brother Jason Kelce and his wife Kylie Kelce.

During the concert, Swift played her usual setlist, including the song “So High School” by The “Tortured Poets” sectionwhich is rumored to be about her romance with Kelce. Shortly before she sang the first lyric of the song, as shown in a video Posted on X (formerly known as Twitter), she made a sweet nod to her partner by using her arms to form an invisible bow before firing an arrow. Swift had previously done this move while performing “The Archer,” which was left off the setlist of her European tour.

However, this gesture is also a move that Kelce often makes on the field during his games for the Kansas City Chiefs, which his fans pointed out on social media.

“She did Travis’ archery pose that he does at Chiefs games omg,” one person wrote on X, while another joked, “You look like Travis Kelce in this light we love it.”

A third wrote: “‘The Archer’ may not be on the setlist anymore, but it somehow brought back the iconic pose when Travis was there.”

Others praised Kelce and Swift’s relationship, with one tweeting: “To be so full of love and happiness for someone who feels the same for you is truly an incredible feeling and it’s beautiful to see it in others.”

“They are both sad about each other, it brings tears to my eyes,” wrote another.

When practice for the football season began in June, the Chiefs also shared a video of Kelce’s bow and arrow demonstration on their official TikTok page.

While Swift performed “So High School” last night, fans also noticed Kelce’s reaction in the audience. In a video Shared on X (formerly known as Twitter), he is seen dancing and sweetly singing along to the lyrics: “Truth, dare, spin the bottle / You know how to play, I know Aristotle.”

There seem to be several references to Kelce during her performance of “So High School.” For example, while singing the song, Swift and her backup dancers all perform a form of swag surfing—a nod to a tradition adopted by Kelce’s NFL team where they perform the dance when celebrating a touchdown.

As she sings, “It’s true, swear, Boy Scout honor / You know what you wanted and, boy, you got it,” her backup singers are seen sitting on makeshift bleachers and performing the dance – a move Swift joins in with when cheering him on at games.

Following last night’s concert, Swift took to Instagram to share her first-ever post with her boyfriend. However, he wasn’t the only one in the selfie, as the couple posed with Prince William and his two children, Prince George and Princess Charlotte, who all attended the concert in London on June 21.

“Happy birthday M8!” Swift wrote in the caption as her show took place on what would have been Williams’ 42nd birthday. “The shows in London are off to a great start.” The 14-time Grammy winner accompanied her caption with emojis of the British flag, the American flag and a diplomatic handshake.

In addition to Kelce and the British royals, numerous VIP guests came to Wembley to celebrate Swift’s eagerly awaited return to the capital. Bridgerton Actress Nicola Coughlan, Queer EyeJonathan Van Ness and model Cara Delevigne were all spotted in the crowd of around 88,000 Swifties. Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer was also in attendance at the concert along with his wife Victoria.
