Matt Reeves’ Batman: Caped Crusaders Full Voice List Explored with Hamish Linklater, Christina Ricci and More

Everyone has been eagerly awaiting news about Amazon Prime Video’s Batman: Caped Crusader. And now, after months of anticipation, the streaming platform has revealed an incredible cast that is sure to delight all DC fans. To add to the excitement, Hamish Linklater has been chosen to lend his voice to the iconic character of the Dark Knight.

The cast of Batman: Caped Crusader

Amazon Prime Video has announced on social media an incredible cast for its adult animated series, Batman: Caped Crusader. This is a new version of Batman’s adventures, presented in a noir style. Here are the main actors whose presence will be seen in the detective series.

Hamish Linklater, famous for his role in the popular horror series Midnight Mass, will lend his voice to the character Vengeance. He will be joined by Christina Ricci, known for her work in Yellowjackets and The Addams Family, who will lend her voice to the legendary Catwoman, also known as Selina Kyle.

Jamie Chung, known from her role in Stone Cold Fox, will lend her voice to the character Harley Quinn. Meanwhile, Diedrich Bader, known from Better Things, will lend his voice to Harvey Dent aka Two-Face.

Not only does the series boast one of the best casts, but it also features an unforgettable trio consisting of JJ Abrams, The Batman director Matt Reeves, and Batman: The Animated Series and Batman Beyond co-creator Bruce Timm.

In addition to the legendary actors who will appear in the series, the noir scenes will also feature the voices of Mckenna Grace, Reid Scott, Dane Donohue, Gary Anthony Williams and Jason Watkins.

Additionally, John DiMaggio, Krystal Joy Brown, Michelle C. Bonilla, Eric Morgan Stuart, Tom Kenny and Minnie Driver will lend their voices to various characters.

About Batman: Caped Crusader

Prime Video’s version of Batman will be dark and adult, full of noir cinematography that’s perfectly suited to a city like Gotham.

The official description of the show reads: “Welcome to Gotham City, where the corrupt outnumber the good.” It is also about criminals who rule the crime-ridden city while innocent citizens live in constant fear.

The show comes from Warner Bros. Animation, Bad Robot Productions and 6th & Idaho.

The premiere of “Batman: Caped Crusader” is scheduled for August 1st of this year.
