The Love Island villa was rocked by the most explosive graffiti ever, with more drama than Movie Night
LOVE Island is set to be rocked by the most explosive graffiti ceremony in its history – and The Sun can reveal the drama will be even more explosive than Movie Night.
We can already reveal exclusively how excited the viewers of ITV2 will be on the edge of their seats on Sunday when the awards ceremony is shown in full.
On Saturday, The Sun was the first newspaper to reveal how a couple would leave the villa after the first awards ceremony of the night.
Jessy Potts has spoken out about the eviction – which comes as the public vote for Love Island’s least favourite couple is announced – and describes the immediate exit as “brutal”.
Three couples step onto the podium and when the lowest-scoring couple picks up the gong, their fate is revealed via text message.
But that is only a small part of the drama that unfolds during the nominations for the six individual awards.
We can reveal the stars were sent a shock text message which read: ‘Islanders, it’s awards season and tonight you are invited to a ceremony that is all about you.
“The winner of each category was voted for by the public. Prepare your acceptance speeches and dress up, it’s time for The Grafties! #AndTheWinnerIs #RollTheTapes.”
Sean, Grace and Joey are nominated in the “Flirtiest Performance” category.
In “It’s Giving One Sided” Josh, Jess and Reuben compete against each other, while in “Most Dramatic Performance” Ciaran, Jessy and Nicole compete for the award.
The unfortunate title of ultimate troublemaker now goes to either Joey, Sean or Reuben.
Viewers pondering the “Unfinished Business” category can choose between Grace and Josh, Mimii and Ayo and Grace and Joey, while the brutal “Epic Fail” gong will be awarded to Ciaran, Mimii or Sean.
Joey is nominated in the Most Flirtatious Performance category and his conversations with Lola will be broadcast on the big screen for all to see.
Jessy, who has always stood by her husband, is not impressed by his antics and says, “Well, first you used the troublemaker trick on me… if she had tried harder, would you have failed the test?”
Next, Sean quickly intervenes again as Josh is nominated in the “It’s Giving One Sided” category.
He says: “They made Mimii exclusive, and pretty quickly, so I think it’s a one-sided game, to be honest.”
Love Island 2024 Couples
The islanders are all “married” in the villa.
The previous couples include:
Josh jokingly counters: “I just didn’t have to go through three people to know who I wanted.”
Sean continues: “You came here, you stayed with Mimii, you considered it with Grace, but you didn’t have the courage to go through with it.
“They made some crazy moves and played it safe”
When Joey chimes in, he defends Sean’s comments, saying, “I get the impression that what he’s saying is that you were pretty quick to go into exclusivity under pressure.”
Josh then replies, “What you’re saying doesn’t make any sense, Joey, brother,” and Jessy – despite criticizing Joey’s behavior toward Lola – is quick to defend her husband.
She says to Josh: “You don’t listen, that’s your problem!”
We are pleased to report how the winners are gradually announced and the excitement builds.
At the beginning of the series, viewers were convinced that Movie Night would destroy three couples.
Then came the most shocking moments of movie night, with Uma crying over Wil’s reaction and Jess White’s devious antics in the spotlight.
There were also heated arguments between Joey and Grace again – but today’s episode takes the situation to an even greater extreme.
On Saturday we reported that the abandoned couple in question had already packed their things and left the complex in Mallorca.
The contestants who were paired up on Friday will therefore miss out on the chance to bid for the huge cash prize on the ITV2 series.
The series, which began on June 3, ends on Monday, July 29.
One lucky couple will be crowned winners of Series 11 and take home the £50,000 cash prize.
