According to The Mirror, Trump attacked his rivals Biden and Harris, saying: “If you vote for Biden, you’re voting for Harris.”

“They are not after you, but I will always stand in their way”

“They’re after me, they’re not after you, but I’ll always stand in their way,” Trump said, while calling the charges against him a witch hunt. Of Biden, Trump said, “He’s a stupid, stupid human being” who claims to be “using the justice system as a weapon against me.”

Trump described how well he gets along with Chinese President Xi Jinping, a “brilliant” man who “controls 1.4 billion people with an iron fist.” Trump said Jinping “makes guys like Biden look like babies.”

At the same rally, Trump said he took a bullet for “democracy” and vowed after the shooting at the Pennsylvania rally that he would “fight, fight, fight.” “I say, ‘What the hell have I done for democracy? Last week I took a bullet for democracy,'” he said.

Trump was accompanied by his running mate JD Vance, who welcomed the former president to the rally. “I can’t believe that a week ago an assassin tried to take Donald Trump’s life and that we now have a huge crowd in Michigan welcoming him back to the campaign trail,” Vance said before Trump arrived.

After his introduction, Trump said he was “thrilled to be back in the great state of Michigan.” “It is only by the grace of Almighty God that I stand before you. I shouldn’t be here. Maybe JD or someone else should be here. Something very special happened. Something happened,” he said.

Trump and two other people were injured in the assassination attempt. One person died in the shooting, and the suspect, Thomas Matthew Crooks, was killed by Secret Service snipers.
