Brazilian singer Ayres Sasaki tragically died on stage. The 35-year-old artist was on stage to perform at the Solar Hotel in Salinopolis when the tragedy struck. According to reports, a drenched fan tried to hug him and accidentally electrocuted him fatally from a nearby cable.

It is unclear why the concert-goer was soaked. The authorities are currently investigating the case.

Ayres Sasaki’s wife responded to the tragedy and thanked her well-wishers for their support.

“I want to thank you for every loving and comforting message, for every prayer during this difficult time we are going through. I have not been able to read all the messages yet, but when I feel better I will respond to each one. Thank you,” she said in her post.

After Sasaki’s death, numerous social media users expressed their horror on his Instagram. His pinned post showed his fellow musicians performing on stage. He was also seen singing in his last post, which he shared in December 2023.

Ayres Sasak was also a trained architect. However, his true calling was music.

“To my relatives and friends who are ALWAYS with me. Going everywhere even though everyone is tired of seeing me sing hahahaha. To my musicians @raffa_augusto @didio_mlkn, @tarcisio6385 and @rafael.sgdrum who together with me on stage ruined everything and messed up the show! In the end… What the hell with CRL!!!! MAYBE THERE’S MORE TO COME!!!!,” he had previously written on social media.

The shocking death of Ayres Sasaki is a great loss for the musical world.
