MARK TREMONTI names the CREED song he wants to play live

Believe will be back in 2024 with an extensive tour schedule and maybe new material at some point. In a recent interview with Ultimate Guitar, Believe guitarist Mark Tremonti revealed that he would love it if the band played “Time” from the 2009 album Full circle. Tremonti Remarks Full circle is not quite as popular as their classic material, and the Believe hopes to present it to more people this time.

“Yes, we talked about maybe doing ‘Ode’ from the first record. I know a lot of people wanted ‘Stand Here With Me’ and ‘Hide’. Our favorite song is ‘Time’ from the Full circle record. I think that record hasn’t been appreciated enough, and we want people to know it better. So we’re going to start playing more of those songs, and who knows, probably in the next year we’ll try to play as much as we can, maybe every song we’ve ever put on record.”

Full circle Is BelieveThe least played album from live, and “Time” was only played 18 times in total. About the song itself: Tremonti explained why it is his favorite.

“Just the mood it creates and it has some of my favorite guitar pieces in this song. The mood is in open G minor, which I’ve had a lot of great moments with. I wrote the music for ‘Words Darker Than Their Wings’ with Old bridge and this mood and a song from my new Tremonti recording. There are a lot of great chord voicings in this tuning and a lot of great chord voicings on the open strings that you wouldn’t necessarily find in any other tuning. I just love it.”

Believe has an incredible number of tour dates lined up for the rest of the year. Tickets are available here.
