‘Minimoni Collaboration’: BTS’ Jimin Teases New Song With RM on Mini & Moni Music; Watch
BTS’ Jimin and RM reunited for their first listen to Jimin’s second solo album MUSE. On their special series MMM (Mini & Moni Music), the duo gathered for a pre-recorded second episode where they happily listened to Jimin’s album together for the first time. During their time together, RM praised Jimin’s work and they had a lot of fun talking about their connection, shared experiences and crushes, and Jimin subtly hinted at a possible collaboration with RM in the future.
BTS’ Jimin hints at collaboration with RM on Mini & Moni Music
On the July 20 episode of MMM (Mini & Moni Music), Jimin invited RM to listen to a preview of his second solo album MUSE for the first time, which includes all seven tracks. During the track Rebirth, Jimin subtly hinted at the possibility of a collaboration project with RM, generating excitement among fans.
During their conversation, Jimin shared a nice anecdote with RM: “I had so much fun working on Rebirth (Intro). When I was in the States recording the chorus part for you and me, I was just playing around on the piano. Pdogg heard it and said, ‘Hey, play that again.’ And that became Rebirth (Intro).”
Fans quickly noticed Jimin’s choice of words, “yours and mine,” and speculated that Jimin and RM may have collaborated on a new project based on Jimin’s subtle hint.

RM expressed his deep admiration for Jimin, saying, “He is the one I love and trust the most.” He also praised Jimin’s likable qualities, noting that one of the reasons Jimin is so likable is because he has the strength to stand up for himself, but he also has weak and vulnerable sides. RM believes that this makes him very human.
According to RM, Jimin is someone who strives to express himself in his own unique way, as seen in his latest album. This, RM believes, is why Jimin is such a beautiful and likable person.
Jimin also revealed that Jungkook had also listened to his album MUSE before RM. During their conversation, they came to a mutual conclusion when they talked about how neither of them had a crush on anyone for a while. RM also mentioned BTS’s future comeback plans and expressed his belief that all seven members will bring diverse synergies to the group after completing their military service.
Jimin added that he thinks it will be incredibly fun to work together as a full group again. He is already enjoying the time together and the prospect of all seven members reuniting fills him with anticipation and excitement for the future. You can watch the full episode here:
