5 things you should know about Kendall Washington

Kendall Washington from season 6 of Love Island USA is quickly becoming a familiar face to fans of the show and there is a lot to learn about him.

Washington is 27 years old and originally from San Diego, California. When he’s not in the Love Island villa for season 6 of the reality show on Peacock, he lives in Dallas, Texas.

Kendall Washington graduated from Texas Christian University

Before joining Love Island USA For Season 6, Kendall Washington attended Texas Christian University (TCU) from 2014 to 2018. According to his LinkedIn page, he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in sports broadcasting.

His LinkedIn profile also shows that he was a member of Sigma Phi Epsilon, the College of Communications, and the Sports Networking Club while in college.

Washington states that he was president of the TCU Sports Broadcast Show from September 2017 to August 2018. He states that he is the “Main anchor” for the program, which included “The most outspoken media personalities on TCU campus:”

“Head host of a new, no-holds-barred sports talk show featuring the most outspoken media personalities on TCU’s campus.”

Kendall previously worked for the Dallas Stars

Washington began working for the Dallas Stars ice hockey team in June 2018.

He spent six months as an inside sales representative before being appointed Account Executive for New Business Development in December 2018, a position he held until November 2021 when he was appointed Account Executive for Corporate Partnerships.

He remained in this role until March 2023 and then started as area manager at InMode in May, where he now works in medical device sales.

Kendall loves Ratatouille

Washington’s biography on the Peacock website reveals that his favorite film is Pixar. Ratatouille.

The 2007 hit about a rat who wants to be a chef is popular with fans and inspired a fan-made TikTok musical during the COVID-19 pandemic. Disney theme park attractions can be found at both Walt Disney Studios Park in Paris and EPCOT in Orlando, Florida.

Kendall had some tragic relationship moments

Washington’s biography also describes some of his more tragic romantic escapades.

It explains that he cried for the first time “because of a girl” was when he “I saw her making out with another guy” at a country music concert:

“The first time he cried over a girl was at a country music concert. He was looking for her and saw her making out with another guy.”

The biography also says that he once broke up with someone “while floating on a lazy river at the water park:”

“He once broke up with his girlfriend while floating down the lazy river at a water park.”

In a video shared by Entertainment News on YouTube, he also said that he had previously “no game at all” And “Girls patted (his) head” as he “a giant afro:”

“I used to be 5’1″ tall, had a huge afro, no game at all and girls would pat me on the head. Let’s just say I don’t bring it up on a first date.”

Kendall’s crush is Jessica Alba

Washington’s biography also states that he has crushes on celebrity circles such as Jessica Alba and Minka Kelly.

Alba played the role of Sue Storm in “The Fantastic Four Film and its sequels and Nancy McKenna in LA’s BestMost recently, she played the role of Parker in Netflix’ Trigger warning.

Kelly, meanwhile, played roles such as Dawn Granger in Titans and Sara Matthews in The roommateMost recently she played Cass in Blackwater Trail.
