Love’s Remodels Missouri Location – CStore Decisions

The move is the result of the previously announced $1 billion Love’s Strategic Remodel Initiative.

Love’s Travel Stops recently announced the completion of renovations at its Rolla, Missouri location. The location, located off Interstate-44 at Exit 189, is open 24 hours a day and now features a more modern design, including an updated retail space, bathrooms and showers, a restaurant lobby and a newly painted interior and exterior.

The renovations are part of Love’s strategic transformation initiative, launched in April 2023. The initiative calls for investing more than $1 billion to modernize 200 locations by 2027, with each store costing between $2 million and $7 million.

These locations will remain open during the process and receive updates on amenities and services based on customer traffic, sales and the age of the store.

“Investing in existing locations is another way Love’s is prioritizing creating a best-in-class customer experience,” said Randy Swain, director of construction and remodeling at Love’s. “By being strategic about modernizing existing locations – and keeping them open during the process – Love’s is strengthening its commitment to getting customers back on the road quickly.”

Love’s is a family-owned company headquartered in Oklahoma City with nearly 40,000 employees in North America and Europe.

The company’s core business is rest stops and convenience stores with 646 locations in 42 states.
