Taylor Swift had a total twin moment when the little girl received the cap with the number 22 at the Cardiff, Wales stop Epoch Tour.

While performing “22” at Principality Stadium on Tuesday, June 18, Swift, 34, continued the tradition of giving away the hat on her head to a lucky fan in the audience. According to social media footage shared via X, the little girl chosen to wear at the show wore the same T-shirt Swift wears during the number, which reads, “Not a lot going on right now.”

As Swift approached the young admirer, she knelt down to greet her and hug her. As she took off her hat to place it on the girl’s head, Swift quickly noticed that they were wearing the same T-shirt.

According to the video, Swift tugged on her shirt and excitedly realized that they matched, causing the audience to cheer. Swift then gave the girl several high fives before walking back and ending the performance.

This was Swift’s first time performing in Wales, and she opened the show by greeting the audience in Welsh.

“Shwmae. “Croeso i daith Eras,” she said to the crowd. “This is the very first time I’ve played a show in Wales and look at this. You’ve got 67,000 people here, it’s incredible. Thank you, Cardiff.”

Before the show, BBC Wales meteorologist Sabrina Lee delivered a weather forecast inspired by the Grammy winner on Monday, June 17.

“Is the Taylor Swift concert predicted to be a ‘love story’ or will the ‘cruel summer’ continue?” asked Lee, wearing a sequined outfit. “Last week, the arctic air mass made it feel like we were ‘back to December.’ ‘Don’t blame me!’ But since then, ‘everything has changed.’ ‘A blank spot on the map means ‘glorious’ sunshine.”

Following Swift’s Cardiff residency, she will head to London’s iconic Wembley Stadium for three nights from Friday June 21 to Sunday June 23. She will return to the venue for five more shows in August, setting a record as the first female artist to play four, five, six, seven and eight shows on a single tour.
