British TikTok duo Josh and Jase light up Amarillo with a visit

Thousands of people visit Amarillo every day, most are just travelers exploring our best tourist attractions. Sometimes famous people come to the Yellow City too.

Amarillo has been home to many celebrities, including the Occupation of 1883, which included Tim McGraw, Rhianna, Will Ferrell, John Schneider, the Smashing Pumpkins (no, they didn’t perform), Mario Lopez, and many more.

During the pandemic, a new way to view and share content on social media exploded: TikTok. This gave people a platform to let off steam, show off their skills, share their abilities, or just be themselves. Many of these users soon became huge influencers and are now “TikTok Famous.”

TikTok celebrities include two men from the UK who became famous by touring the US and trying out American things.

Josh and Jase became famous for traveling the United States, visiting different cities and states and documenting their reactions to food, tourist attractions, buildings, landmarks, etc.

You recently visited Amarillo and checked out some of our most famous tourist attractions.

They visited the Cadillac Ranch and spray painted the cars.

They took a tour of Palo Duro Canyon in a Humvee.
