Beef ‘O’ Brady’s chooses SoundHound’s voice AI for phone orders

US-based restaurant chain Beef ‘O’ Brady’s has announced the integration of Soundhound’s advanced voice-based AI ordering system across all of its restaurant outlets.

The speech AI system, now available for franchise integration after successful implementation in corporate locations, is designed to understand and process normal human speech patterns.

The technology enables a seamless ordering experience, even during peak hours, by answering all calls and processing multiple orders simultaneously.

Customers can place phone orders for pickup by speaking naturally, with no human intervention required.

Beef ‘O’ Brady’s added that in addition to taking orders, the voice AI technology also handles a range of customer inquiries.

It provides information about food, specials and promotions and answers frequently asked questions, such as opening hours and parking options.
