Asset Servicing Technology News | Kaizen Introduces AI-Powered Voice Monitoring

Kaizen has introduced an artificial intelligence-based voice transcription feature on its communications monitoring platform.

With this technology, the company wants to integrate fast search and flexible, rule-based monitoring into audio communications.

Rory McLaren, Chief Product Officer at Kaizen, says: “Anecdotal evidence suggests that the type of behavior that organizations need to monitor is more likely to occur over the phone than in written communications, where people are more aware that they are being monitored.”

“This new feature makes it easier for companies to be confident that they are monitoring all forms of communications.”

Kaizen has researched and analyzed recent developments in various AI models to understand how this technology can revolutionize monitoring and compliance workflows.

McLaren adds: “We will only use AI where it adds value in a high quality, reliable, cost-effective and secure manner. Recent advances in speech transcription have improved the technology so dramatically that it now represents a useful and valuable addition to surveillance workflows.”

The Kaizen approach is to offer its customers different speech transcription models that they can use at any time.

The company launched its trading and communications monitoring platform in April 2023 following the acquisition of Red Deer.
