Love Island 2024 dumped couples declare themselves “winners” at sweet reunion

Love Island’s Ronnie, Harriett, Wil and Uma were out in London to party, and one deserted islander was notably not invited.

When the islanders leave Love Island They often say they have made friends for life, and Wil Anderson, Uma Jammeh, Harriett Blackmore and Ronnie Vint are proving their growing friendship now that they have left the villa.

On Wednesday July 17th, Ronnie celebrated his 28th birthday with friends in London. Casa Amor Islanders like Ellie Jackson, Moziah Pinder and Trey Norman were there, and even former Islanders like Tyrique Hyde.

Notably, however, Jess White and Hugo Godfrey were not present, which makes sense since Harriett and Jess were not best friends in the villa.

Since leaving the villa, both girls have spoken about their argument, seemingly accepting their differences and acknowledging their different personalities.

Speaking to Cosmopolitan after her time in the villa, Harriett said: “I definitely left that in the villa. But when I see what she said about me afterwards.”

“After the things I’ve experienced, like being called stingy and all kinds of insults, I might have taken a different approach.”

Ronnie had said he had “no hard feelings” towards Jess but his “loyalty is to Harriet”, adding: “So I’m not going to be her best mate and see her. But I’m fine with it, you know what I mean?”

Given this background, it is no surprise that Jess did not receive an invitation.

The most important people present, however, seemed to be Uma and Wil, who looked super in love and happy to spend time with their Love Island co-stars.

Uma shared some beautiful pictures of herself at the event and captioned them, “Rondaloo’s birthday with my (heart)” – there she has nicknames again!

Wil also shared moments from the evening, posting an adorable snap of the four of them sitting together with the caption, “Winner.”

His comments were quickly flooded with comments like “true winners of Love Island” and “real winners”.

Harriett and Ronnie were evicted from the island in episode 26, while Wil was evicted 11 days later when Uma followed him and walked out of the villa.
