Brandon Casey from “Jagged Edge” is recovering from a terrible car accident.

Casey, who fronts the R&B group with his twin brother Brian Casey, posted on social media this week that he was recovering at the trauma center at Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta after sustaining serious injuries on Thursday.

“After spending five days in intensive care,” he wrote, “I know that the legendary Grady Trauma Center is everything it says it is: the best in the country. You saved my life and I am eternally grateful to you. I am so grateful to all the ladies who cared for me, who nursed me and fed me and encouraged me. I thank you from the bottom of my heart. That is the most sincere thanks I can offer.”

Casey, 48, also described his condition in detail and shared a photo of the damage.

“I know people want to know, so here it is,” he began, “broken neck, five broken ribs, fractured skull, cuts to the scalp and a lot of pain all over my body, but I’m going to be OK, I promise you, God’s got me, it’s like someone’s trying to take me off this planet and God keeps telling them, ‘No, he’s not, not yet.'”
