Adam Levine is a guy who definitely enjoys his fame, but you might be surprised by what he says he enjoys most about being an internationally known rock star.

It’s not the screaming women, or the tons of money, or the Grammy Awards, or the opportunity to travel the world: it’s the food.

“Getting a reservation at any restaurant in town, any time. That’s the best part of being famous, because I love to eat and I love to eat at lots of different restaurants. So anyone who doesn’t tell you that’s the best part is crazy,” he told USA Today. “It’s the coolest thing ever! Pretty much anytime you want. … We could go to Nobu or something right now and enjoy an amazing meal that someone has been waiting for months! We’re so lucky.”

Levine, 35, who is currently starring opposite Keira Knightley in the film Begin Again, may be used to fame, but life on a film set was foreign to him. In fact, the whole experience has shaken his confidence a little.

“(Acting) wasn’t my lifelong passion, so I was a little insecure,” he said. “I responded by just believing in it. I had to give myself as much confidence as I needed to impose on myself!”

Still, you don’t necessarily have to think he’s a conceited person. When asked what was sexy about him, the reigning Sexiest Man Alive didn’t answer, instead focusing on his least sexy qualities.

“I don’t really have a filter, so I say a lot of things that are gross,” he said, adding that he can be “kind of” vain. “(But) I’m not the vainest person in the world!”
