NORTH AUGUSTA, SC. (WJBF) – In North Augusta, festivities continue for the annual Nike Peach Jam, which draws basketball players, fans and coaches from across the country.

On the sixth day of the tournament, some of the best high school basketball players competed against each other while some big names watched in the crowd.

The big names on and off the pitch are worth a trip, according to fans from all over the country.

“It’s great to see all these players – even LeBron’s son and all the others. I never thought I would be able to see them in person at such a young age,” said Josiah Bailey.

“I saw LeBron’s family, CP3 and his son – it’s pretty cool,” said Anthony Molina.

Many eyes were on the duel between Arizona Unity and Team Strive For Greatness (SFG).

The game will feature the most promising young player of the class of 2026, Brandon McCoy Jr., for Unity and LeBron James’ youngest son Bryce for SFG.

While James was overseas with the national team for the Olympic Games, his wife Savannah and daughter Zhuri were in the audience watching.

“It’s an incredible feeling. I get to see celebrities and watch basketball – and I love basketball,” said Brandon Byrd.

Other celebrities in attendance included Jessie and D’Lila Combs, the twin daughters of famous rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs.

San Antonio Spurs star Chris Paul was also there – for fans traveling with him, the trip is definitely worthwhile.

“Man, I saw a lot of them at my other games too. We did so much, but we saw so many people. We saw Rajon Rondo, Ja Morant, Derrick Rose,” Kelijah Carter said.

“It’s just a blessing to be here, brother. It’s just fun to watch all these players play that are going to grow up to be NBA superstars – and probably go into the Hall of Fame,” Tyrik Holt said.

NCAA coaches were absent from Wednesday’s games but will return Friday to watch the action.

The Peach Jam continues until this Sunday, July 21st.
