The FX show, which is one of two upcoming installments in the sci-fi horror franchise, including the film Alien: Romuluswas created by screenwriter and director Noah Hawley, who previously directed the show Fargo for the network. diversity recently spoke with John Landgraf, Chairman of FX Networks, and gave an update on the extraterrestrial show that Apparently it was announced that the official title Alien: Earth. He also shared that the show is in post-production and that “I personally love this season.” He described it as “recurring show” and announced that their intention is that Hawley should not be included in the possible Fargo Season 6 until two full seasons of the sci-fi horror series are completely written. Noah is deep into Season 1 of Alien: Earth right now. We’re in post-production and we talk to him every week and look at cuts. We’re pretty optimistic about Alien: Earth and we’ve told him that if we hope he does, he should focus on writing at least two seasons of it before he returns to a possible sixth season of Fargo. So it’s going to be a while, but I’m also very proud of this show. (Noah) is an extraordinary talent. And we’ve had the privilege of working with him on three shows for over a decade. I love this season myself. I just absolutely loved it. I thought it was original, really moving, funny. It ultimately captured the moment that we’re living through in a very poignant way.
