According to a police report, Justin Timberlake told the police officer during his arrest that he had only had one drink immediately before his arrest for drunk driving.

Timberlake, 43, was arrested in the early hours of June 18 in Sag Harbor, New York, after stopping by the American Hotel, a source told PEOPLE.

There, Timberlake was read the DUI report and he responded, “No, I’m not taking a chemical test,” according to the report. A second source told PEOPLE that Timberlake was accompanied by attorney Ed Burke Jr. and two others during his arraignment and was handcuffed “with his hands in front of his body.”
