Chris Hemsworth calls for “Get your pump going” with Flexy Workout

Chris Hemsworth left no doubt about how he keeps his arms in superstar shape by sharing an intense workout routine on his Instagram.

The Flexiest—er, Sexiest Man Alive alum shared an Instagram video announcing the new daily arm workouts available on his wellness app Centr.

“Hey, what’s up, legends”, Thor The 40-year-old alumnus began the video while holding a weight in each hand. “Check out the 28 Days of Arms program. Every day there’s a new workout for your arms.”

“I can’t even count to 28, let alone think of 28 different exercises for the arms,” ​​he joked, “but we have 28 different exercises.”

“Turn on your pump!” he said before doing a bicep curl and grunting at the camera.

In the caption, he wrote: “28 different arm exercises for 28 consecutive days! Great job by the @centrfit team who created this awesome everyday burner to get even more targeted training in this summer. Also ties in great with the 28 Days of Core!! Get it!”

Although Hemsworth has no plans to reprise his role as the Norse god Thor in the Marvel Cinematic Universe anytime soon, he hasn’t taken a break from the rigors of action movies and recently played a post-apocalyptic biker in Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga.

For the prequel, producer Doug Mitchell revealed that nearly 200 stuntmen worked every day on a “15-minute sequence that took us 78 days to shoot.”

And the love of action movies may run in the family. “I have to keep my kids on the sidelines,” Hemsworth told PEOPLE about his daughter India Rose Hemsworth, 12, and twin sons Sasha Hemsworth and Tristan Hemsworth, both 10, whom he has with wife Elsa Pataky, at the premiere of Furious.

“They say, ‘Give me a chance! I want to jump in there, jump in the truck and jump on the bike,’ and so on,” he added.
