Job&Talent appoints Chris Kelly as Vice President of National US Sales

Madrid-based workforce-as-a-service provider Job&Talent has appointed Chris Kelly (above) as vice president of national sales in the US. She will report to Brian Neely, who was named head of sales for the US earlier this year.

According to the company’s press release, Neely has more than 30 years of experience in staffing and recruiting.

“Prior to joining Job&Talent, she served as Vice President of Strategic Solutions at Eastridge Workforce Solutions and Nelson Staffing, where she led company-wide sales efforts. Chris also served as Senior Vice President at Volt’s Strategic Solutions Group, where she led a national team of sales leaders focused on revenue growth and improving customer relationships.”

“Her previous role as National Sales Manager for the West at Spherion/Randstad further solidified her expertise in integrating effective sales tools and methodologies into client solutions.”

Kelly commented: “I am thrilled to be joining Job&Talent and working with such a talented team. The company’s innovative approach to staffing solutions and commitment to technology-driven growth are a perfect fit with my career goals. I look forward to leveraging my experience to contribute to Job&Talent’s mission to transform the staffing industry and drive national revenue expansion.”

Founded in 2009, Job&Talent operates in ten countries in Europe, the US and Latin America and has raised around $850 million in funding to date. The company claims to have placed around 320,000 workers in more than 3,800 companies in various industries, including logistics and retail, in 2023.

The Swedish investment company Kinnevik recently reduced its valuation of Job&Talent, in which it holds a 5 percent stake, by more than a quarter.
