MLS donates to 401 Club | News, Sports, Jobs

The MLS Realtors of Greater Iron Mountain recently made a $500 donation to the 401 Club of Iron Mountain. Multi State Realty of Iron Mountain has selected the 401 Club as the MLS Charity of the Month. The 401 Club is a meeting place for people in 12-step programs, including Alcoholics Anonymous, Drug Addicts Anonymous, Adult Children of Alcoholics and Food Abuse Anonymous. The club is also open to other 12-step programs and hopes to start Al-Anon, Gamblers Anonymous and Ala-Teen programs. The 401 Club recently purchased a building at 401 S. Kimberly Ave. in Iron Mountain. The Multi Listing Service for the Greater Iron Mountain area consists of more than 100 real estate agents and allows an agent to quickly and conveniently search all of the properties for sale from participating agents. In most cases, the MLS listings also include private contact information and showing times. Without this consolidating service, the agent would have to search several different websites, each for a single agent, to find available properties in the area.
