Rosebed Rentals in Chattanooga’s historic Southside District is the passion project of couple Lindsay and Dan.

Lindsay and Dan purchased an abandoned former grain and feed warehouse in 2012, when Southside was largely vacant except for the historic Chattanooga Choo Choo and a handful of restaurants and seedy clubs. Since then, it has become the most walkable neighborhood in Chattanooga, with dozens of locally owned businesses within a 10-minute walk, plenty of public art, and convenient public transportation to explore the rest of downtown.

“The design and decoration of these rental properties was a passion project and a true labor of love,” the couple said on their website. “We are both passionate about design and architecture and have over 20 years of combined experience in the hospitality industry. This project is a synthesis of everything we love and we are so excited to share these unique properties with others.”

The property now features several one and two bedroom apartments decorated with unique themes, including Terra Cotta Tranquility, Pink Penthouse Deluxe, Blue Sky and Verde Grande.
