Destiny 2: Aberrant Action God Roll and how to get it — SiegeGG

Destiny 2: Aberrant Action God Roll and how to get it — SiegeGG

Destiny 2 Episode: Echoes Act 2 has begun, bringing more story content and new weapons to farm. Let’s analyze the Aberrant Action God Roll and how to get the new Solar Missile Sidearm.

This archetype’s popularity began with Buried Bloodline in Season 23, one of the best exotics in Destiny 2. Then, earlier this season, players were able to get their hands on The Call, an incredible legendary beach rocket weapon that quickly became a must-have.

Aberrant Action is poised to continue that trend with an impressive perk pool that could potentially make it a standout game in the current sandbox.

How to get the Divergent Action in Destiny 2

To get the Aberrant Action sidearm, you must play Episode: Echoes activities such as Arena: Breach Executable or the new Battlegrounds: Echoes introduced with Act 2. The weapon is a random drop, but can be focused via failsafe on the HELM

To specifically decode the aberrant action, you must complete step 2 of the quest “A Rising Chorus: Act II,” which you receive after completing all the steps in Act I. This will unlock the quest “Specimen ID: NES004,” which you must complete.

The quest tabs in Destiny 2 show the new quest “A Rising Chorus: Act II”

You must keep up with the seasonal story to obtain focus rights

However, note that the sidearm is still available as a random drop even if you haven’t completed this quest.

The cost of focus decoding is:

  • Four Echo Engrams
  • 3k shimmer

Deviant Action, God Role

Aberrant Action has an incredible perk pool, making it the go-to pick for many builds, especially those with Solar builds.

If you really want to use this to help your teammates take more damage, Aberrant Action with Heal Clip can fall into column 3, while column 4 has the ever-important Incandescent perk for any solar weapon.

PvP fans will likely be looking for a higher damage combo, with Aberrant Action having Ambitious Assassin, Pugilist, and Beacon Rounds in column 3 (though Heal Clip in Crucible still works fantastically) and Snapshot Sights, Swashbuckler, and Golden Tricorn in column 4.

Divergent Action PvE Godroll

The best roll for the deviant action in PvE is:

  • Column 1: Quick start, fleeting start
  • Column 2: High-velocity projectiles, high-explosive ammunition
  • Column 3: Beacon Rounds, Healing Clip
  • Column 4: Reverberation, light bulb

Divergent Action PvP God Roll

The best roll for the deviant action in PvP is:

  • Column 1: Quick Start, Smart Drift Control
  • Column 2: High-velocity projectiles, implosion projectiles
  • Column 3: Beacon Rounds, Healing Clip
  • Column 4: White-hot, daredevil
