Ellis Reups with IVP

Kelli Trujillo at IVP has acquired the worldwide rights to Surviving change: Lessons from birds on how to find peace in transition from Courtney Ellis. Keely Boeving of WordServe Literary brokered the deal. In the book, Ellis, an author and pastor, examines how birds cope with change to provide insights into how we can become more adaptable and explores what change might tell us about God’s goodness. The book is scheduled for release in early 2026.

IVP publishes book to fight against lust

Kelli Trujillo at IVP has also signed a worldwide rights agreement with authors without agents Jay Y. Kim And Isaac Serrano for the provisionally titled Offer your bodyin which the couple helps readers recognize, understand and combat the power of lust and pornography, as well as expand their view of sexuality based on the Bible. The authors are senior pastors of various churches in California. The book is scheduled to be published in fall 2026.

Artist leaves his mark with IVP

The unrepresented Nathan Lloyd NicholsonFounder and Creative Director of NUMA Art, LLC, has signed a worldwide rights deal with Nilwona Nowlin, Associate Editor at IVP, tentatively titled Leave a message. The book will feature Nicholson’s art as well as short reflections on creativity. Nicholson is a multidisciplinary artist and digital specialist for the Evangelical Covenant Church and an ordained elder/minister of the Church of God in Christ. The book is scheduled for publication in spring 2026.

Two books by Giles to WM

Estee ZandeeEditor at WaterBrook Multnomah, has signed a worldwide rights deal for two books by the pastor, media star and speaker Joshua Giles. the first book in the deal, This is your moment: use God’s timing and create the future you want to see will be published in spring 2026. No release date has been announced for the second book, The Frequency of God: Tune in to hear, see and recognize the voice of GodJevon Bolden of Embolden Media Group handled the deal.

Revell records book for Christian alcoholics

Revell editor-in-chief Rachel McRae has acquired the worldwide rights to the provisionally titled Confessions of a Christian Alcoholic by Jon Seidl. Tom Dean of A Drop of Ink Literary negotiated the deal. Seidl – owner of The Veritas Creative – offers hope and help through his story and that of others “trapped in a destructive relationship with alcohol,” helping readers “define their struggle with alcohol and how to break free.” The book is set to be released in October 2025, coinciding with “Sober October.”
