Duncan woman offers deal for information in Presgrove case

DUNCAN, Okla. (KSWO) – The one-year anniversary of the suspicious death of 19-year-old Noah Presgrove is approaching, and community members across the country are still struggling to find out the truth.

To help, a Duncan woman has publicly offered to help police move forward with the case.

“They know there’s probably someone who knows something,” said Jan Fiorillo, victim advocate. “Anyone who has information – potentially or ideally an eyewitness or someone who is considering becoming a crown witness. If their information is helpful in the case or if they want to be represented as a crown witness to negotiate a deal, then I will pay their legal fees for that.”

Fiorillo has created both digital and physical flyers showcasing the offer. The digital copy can be found in the appendix below to this story.

Each flyer contains two QR codes. One of them takes users to a place where they can submit information. According to Fiorillo, these will be checked by the relevant authorities.

The second QR code is for anyone who is ready to officially accept the offer.

Fiorillo said she has no personal connection to Noah or the Presgrove family, adding that she felt the need to do something to help after learning about the case.

“I woke up one morning with this idea and didn’t even discuss it with my husband, I just put it out there,” Fiorillo said. “I just fell in love with this boy and his story. I’m really just a victim advocate and I want to make sure that the rights of people who come forward and may have something are protected as well.”

The offer is only valid for the first person to come forward as an eyewitness or, as Fiorillo calls it, “guilty.”

She said that she and her husband are personally funding this deal, and that the deal was done with the help of several lawyers for her protection and the protection of the parties involved.

But it won’t last forever.

“That’s been extended until August 15,” Fiorillo explained. “We have almost a year in this case. I made this offer on some Facebook pages and I think I posted it maybe a month ago. So I think that’s enough time to think about it.”

Anyone who would like to accept Fiorillo’s offer can do so in two ways: via [email protected] or [email protected].

She said she will begin posting printed copies in Stephens, Jefferson, Montague and Wichita counties on July 25.
