Blackpink’s Lisa, known worldwide for her popular songs, is back. The rapper and singer posted about her comeback song on her Instagram account. Lisa confirms her comeback song

Lisa shared a poster on her Instagram stories that read, “Lisa Rockstar…Thursday 6/27 8pm ET…5pm PT…Friday 6/28 7am TH/9am KR.” For those of you who don’t know, Lisa announced her comeback to the music scene on June 6.

She took to Tik Tok and shared a clip of an unknown song. The Blackpink singer captioned the post, “Coming soon.” She then wrote on her Instagram story, “Coming soon. Lisa. Pre-save on Spotify. Pre-add on Apple Music.” Lisa had also previously shared a Tik Tok video announcing her comeback song, saying, “Baby I’m a rockstar.”

About Lisa’s musical journey

Lisa aka Lalisa Manobal announced the formation of her own label LLOUD on February 8 after leaving YG Entertainment to pursue solo activities. She also signed a solo partnership with RCA Records to release new music. Previously, the K-pop artist also shared her plans to release a new album by the end of 2024.

Lisa debuted in August 2016 as one of four members of the South Korean girl group Blackpink. She also became a permanent cast member of the Korea Army Academy edition of MBC’s military variety program Real Man 300 starting on September 21, 2018. Lisa released her debut single album Lalisa in September 2021 and became the first female artist to sell 736,000 copies of an album in its first week in South Korea. Her music video set a new record by receiving the most views by a solo artist in the first 24 hours on YouTube.

Lisa will make her acting debut in the third season of The White Lotus. The series is scheduled to be released in early 2025.
