She is more than just famous.

“Bride Wars” star Kate Hudson performed a concert at the Surf Lodge in Montauk last weekend in front of famous friends, including Gwyneth Paltrow and Brad Falchuk, Jane Krakowski and architect David Rockwell, and “Entourage” star Jeremy Piven.

“Gwyneth came in and threw her hands in the air for Kate,” says a spy. “She swayed back and forth throughout the show and sat on a bench with Brad.”

Hudson played some original songs from her new album “Glorious” and covered classics such as “Beast of Burden” by the Rolling Stones and the 80s hit “Voices Carry” by Til Tuesday.

Hudson’s fiancé, musician and Lightwave Records founder Danny Fujikawa, watched lovingly from the side of the stage.

The news that Donald Trump had been shot at a rally in Pennsylvania made headlines among the crowd, with many people checking their phones for news on Saturday evening.

A fan stood in the back holding a sign that read, “Sign me up to leave in 10 days,” a reference to her movie How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days.

Hudson’s new album, released in May, features songs she co-wrote with Fujikawa and Linda Perry, who has worked with everyone from Jewel and Britney Spears to Courtney Love and Melissa Etheridge.

Music is in her blood. Her father, Bill Hudson, played in the Hudson Brothers band before starring in films such as “Big Shots.”

Anderson .Paak, who performs under the name DJ Pee .Wee, closed the evening.
