Chris Hemsworth encouraged his fans to check out his latest 28-day arm program, which features a new workout every day!

Chris Hemsworth continues to have one of the best bodies in Hollywood. At 40, Hemsworth is still in great shape and focused on his fitness. In a recent video, Hemsworth showed off his biceps and encouraged viewers to check out his 28-day arm workout program.

Hemsworth developed an app called CentrFit to share workouts with viewers during the pandemic. When gyms were closed, Hemsworth made sure people could continue working out at home. He continues to use this app and does some home workouts that serve different purposes.

Hemsworth helped share a different arm workout each day for 28 days in this app.

“What’s up legends? Check out the 28 day arm program. A new arm workout every day. I can’t even count to 28, let alone think of 28 different arm workouts, but we have 28 different workouts to get you going.”

Hemsworth helped his team at CentrFit develop various arm finishers to get an insane pump at the end of the workout.

Throughout his career, Hemsworth has made a name for himself in many action roles. This also includes during the Thor Films and Extraction. In order to look good on screen, he has undergone many physical changes. He has achieved this by doing different workouts to challenge his body in different ways.

Hemsworth has shown various workouts he used to prepare for his role Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga. He played the antagonist in that film and is now concentrating on playing Optimus Prime in Transformers One, which is due to be released in September.
