Voices Unlimited Chorus is accepting new singers and beginning its fall rehearsal schedule in preparation for the Christmas concert on November 24th.
Did you sing in school or college, or perhaps in a church choir or concert choir? Or maybe you just have the talent to sing, but are currently a so-called “choir orphan” and have no place to showcase your talent.
If this description fits you, Voices Unlimited Chorus may be for you. It was founded by David Barth, who has been a conductor for over 55 years.
You don’t need to be able to read music, be a soloist, or even audition. The choir does have soloists and members who can read music, but that is not a requirement for membership. The two requirements are that you want to sing and that you have fun doing it!
If you are interested or have questions, please contact David Barth at [email protected] or (630) 707-1221.
Rehearsals are Tuesdays, September 3 through November 19, from 6:45 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Bowes Creek Regency Clubhouse, 3651 Centennial Way in Elgin.
