McDonald’s kicks off the summer of bargain hunting with a $5 menu offer

This summer, McDonald’s is introducing the $5 Meal Deal, reaffirming its commitment to offering inexpensive and affordable menu options. 25th JuneFor a limited time, participating McDonald’s restaurants nationwide are offering a custom meal for just $5*. The meal can be ordered at local McDonald’s restaurants and through the McDonald’s mobile app. In addition to the $5 meal offer, McDonald’s is offering fans the opportunity to snag free world-famous fries all summer long, including a special offer to celebrate National French Fry Day.

The $5 menu offer includes:

• Choice between a McDouble® or McChicken® sandwich
• Small fries
• 4-piece Chicken McNuggets®
• Small refreshing drink

We’re focused on living up to that heritage and offering delicious, affordable options that our customers can enjoy whenever they walk through our doors, drive through our drive-thru or place an order through our app.”

In addition to the $5 menu offer, McDonald’s is enriching the summer experience with other value-based initiatives:

Free French fries on Fridays: Every Friday through the end of 2024, customers can enjoy a free medium fries with any minimum purchase of $1 exclusively through the McDonald’s app.

National French Fries Day: On Saturday, July 13, customers can get free French fries of any size, no purchase necessary, exclusively through the McDonald’s app. National French Fry Day is celebrated on the second Friday in July. Customers can also enjoy Free Fry Friday on July 12.^th and celebrate on Saturday with even more free fries.

To enjoy a summer of benefits, customers must download the McDonald’s app. The app allows customers to earn MyMcDonald’s Rewards points. For every dollar spent, customers receive 100 reward points. The points can be redeemed for free meal items.
