Elation introduces new Six+ Bar series for creative LED light strips

Building on the success of Elation’s industry-standard SixBar series, the Six+ Bar represents the next evolution of professional LED light bars.

Designed to shine and outperform in any environment, the Six+ Bar represents an innovative line of creative IP65-rated LED bar solutions that harmonize the latest LED color technology with versatile design for greater artistic expression. An upgrade to Elation’s popular SixBar, the Six+ Bar raises the bar with more power, a wider color spectrum, and overall superior light quality.

Equipped with 20W RGB+Lime+Amber+UV LEDs and an impressive CRI of 93, the Six+ Bar offers a stunning color palette and creates a wonderfully homogenous flood of light with high-quality color rendering. The carefully designed optical system ensures even light distribution and the proprietary RGBLA+UV engine delivers highly precise whites and intense primary colors without color fringing. Extra-large 50mm lenses make it ideal for direct view applications and individual cell control opens up countless design possibilities.

Ideal for a wide range of productions and easily integrated into installation applications, the Six+ Bar serves as a versatile washlight, uplight, wall/cycle wash, accent light, direct view pixel strip and more. The meter-long Six+ Bar L contains 12 RGBLA+UV LEDs and has an output of over 7000 lumens, while the half-meter-long Six+ Bar S contains 6 RGBLA+UV LEDs and emits over 4000 lumens.

Fully variable color temperature adjustment (2400K – 8500K), CMY emulation and a virtual gel library give designers instant access to a diverse LED color palette, including beautifully blended whites. A time-saving SixBar emulation mode ensures perfect color matching and DMX control with existing SixBar fixtures. The integrated accessory slot accommodates an included frost filter. Optional ND filters and other optics are available. The fixture also comes with an included glare shield for wall-wash applications.

Six+ Bar strips include an electronic dimmer and strobe, allowing smooth dimming from 0-100% with excellent stability across the range. A choice of 16-bit dimming modes and curves is also included.

Designed for maximum flexibility and allowing for end-to-end connection, the Six+ Bar’s innovative housing features integrated L-rails on three sides for flexible mounting and positioning. Pins designed to attach to the L-rail can be attached at multiple points to optimize positioning around objects or obstacles.

The device is housed in a robust, fully IP65-rated housing and is suitable for any indoor or outdoor environment. The marine-grade coating offers protection against the harshest conditions, even salty coastal air. The fanless convection cooling guarantees silent operation, making it ideal for noise-sensitive environments.

The Six+ Bar is fully controllable via DMX/RDM, Art-Net, sACN and KlingNet protocols and also features proprietary Aria x2 wireless device management for simplified system setup and maintenance.
