Kathryn Hahn sums up MCU with Gilbert and Sullivan song parody: VIDEO

If you are not up to date all in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Kathryn Hahn has just given you countless hours of laughter, heartbreak, and Thanos’ “giant purple testicle” chin with a brilliant promo video for Agatha all the time, that summed up the entire MCU in one brilliant song.

Hahn was guest moderator Jimmy Kimmel Live! on Wednesday, and after announcing her guests – Seth Rogen and Agatha – All the time Co-star Joe Locke – she told the audience:

“‘Agatha’ doesn’t premiere on Disney Plus until September 18, but in the meantime, a lot of people have asked me if they need to watch every single Marvel movie and show to enjoy it.”

“And the answer is no.”

The Knives out The star then told viewers that if they want to “stay up to date with everything going on in the MCU” she would be honored to keep them updated… through “the power of song.”

Hahn then belted out a completely unworkable CliffsNotes version of MCU to the tune of Gilbert and Sullivan’s “I Am The Very Model,” going over characters and key storylines from both the MCU films and TV series, and adding some witty commentary to the mix.

She ended the number by saying her Agatha Advertising:

“I could do this all night”

“But let’s stay for a moment…”

“Like Captain America’s butt.”

The Stepbrothers Actor continued:

“And ultimately, it all leads to a television series starring the Marvel character who is the best, the coolest, the baddest of them all…”

After Guillermo mistakenly and comically contributed “Hawkeye,” Hahn shouted:

“No, not Hawkeye… me! Agatha Harkness!”

Then she concluded the song:

“My character is an evil witch from many centuries ago.”

“Yeah, it’s true, she was that bitch and now she’s just a normal guy.”

“Be sure to check out her new show. It’s on Disney+ and I play the lead role.”

“It was all just blatant advertising, and that’s what you call corporate synergy.”

The audience of Hahn’s performance was quite impressed…

…and incredibly entertaining.

Many also left out some of their favorite moments from the number.

And they can’t wait to see Hahn in action again.

Later in the episode, Hahn talked to herCo-star Joe Locke, who plays Billy Kaplan in Agatha – All the time.
