Well, it’s true: in her beautiful eyes, the separation this summer was a bit cruel.

It doesn’t matter that Travis is having fun golfing, drinking and singing with his family in Lake Tahoe while his girlfriend is on tour in Europe, visiting exotic European cities.

Travis misses Taylor and is a little lonely, but he’s been trying to get over it lately by singing his heart out to her songs.

Oh well. Whatever a guy can do to show his girlfriend that he’s thinking about her—not to mention the rest of us who stumble across this, bravely put down a phone, and then regret that decision forever.

And while love grows through absence, the long-distance relationship becomes more difficult.

The Chiefs’ training camp begins in less than a week (Sunday, July 21) and Swift’s seemingly endless Eras Tour doesn’t end until December 8 in Vancouver. BC

But looking at her tour schedule, Swift has a break from August 21 to November 13 and then she’ll be back on tour in Toronto.

This should give the two plenty of time to spend together, so you can expect to see Taylor on TV a lot this fall.

In case you were wondering, on the golf side of things, former professional tennis player Mardy Fish won the American Century Championship event for the second time on Sunday, finishing four points ahead of NHL player Joe Pavelski.

Travis finished 55th and Jason finished 87th.

But who cares? It was another great weekend of coming together in times of need.
