Taylor Swift fans are speechless when they noticed the security guard’s efforts to protect her during the Eras Tour concerts

Taylor Swift is one of the most famous people in the world and it seems like it takes a village to ensure the singer’s safety.

Swift is currently on her worldwide Eras Tour, which came to Europe in May after the singer spent months touring parts of North and South America.

And with the singer came her notorious security team, who seemingly do everything in their power to protect the “Bad Blood” singer.

And in a new video making the rounds online, music fans are overwhelmed by the dedication of one of her bodyguards.

In a clip shared on TikTok, Swift can be seen singing her song “Delicate” in front of the crowd in Zurich, Switzerland.

The fan who filmed the performance was – as was her bodyguard – only a few meters away from the 34-year-old.

As Swift glides across the stage, the security guard on the ground, who appears to be wearing a Kansas City Chiefs cap, follows her, making sure to stay close to her at all times. He does this by weaving his way between the arena security guards.

Swift’s fans have since praised the bodyguard for his dedication to his job, with one saying: “Wait, that’s crazy. I never noticed her security following her on stage.”

A second wrote: “I didn’t realise he literally walked across the stage like that! Best bodyguard ever!! Look what the hat brings.”

“Her bodyguard doesn’t act and we love him for it,” raved another.

Another music fan wrote: “See how her bodyguard’s eyes move. So fast. That’s crazy. Imagine that job!”

Although it is obvious that Swift’s security guards are concerned about her safety, the singer’s boyfriend, Travis Kelce, previously told them to stand back so he could take care of her himself.

In his podcast in October 2023, football favorite Kelce explained that he politely asked her bodyguard to step aside so he could open the door for Swift.

“I put my hand on the gentleman’s back to let him know I was behind him,” Kelce said amid reports that he “pushed” the man.

“If I had pushed him, he probably would have turned around and tasered me.”

He added: “(It was like) ‘Good sir, would you excuse me? I have to go to the door. Sorry. Right behind you. I don’t want to scare you.'”

Kelce continued, “I feel like when I’m on a date, I always feel like, ‘I’m a man in this situation.’ I’m protective, yeah, definitely.”

If you ask me, Swift seems to be in good hands.
